Rike Ehm was invited to contribute to Brisbane Extra's segment about lemons which aired on 03/07/08.

It was shot at the organic grocery store Mrs Flannery's Loganholme.
The segment was about the nutritional value of lemons and their uses. There were 2 different recipes mentioned, one being hot water with lemon juice and Manuka honey for colds and sore throats, and the second one was a lemon and flaxseed oil dressing on a bed of spinach to strengthen the immune system and keep those colds away during the winter months.
