These are some of the tests which can be done on-site and may be included in the first consultation:  

BLOOD GLUCOSE ANALYSIS

This finger-prick test establishes your blood glucose levels. This underrated value not only tells me a great deal about your general health but is also shows if your individually designed food and nutrition plan is working.

BLOOD TYPING TEST

This is another easy finger-prick test which is useful to reveal any tendencies to food allergies. Food allergies are very common and are often the underlying cause of a series of chronic health issues.  

HEAVY METAL TEST

This urine test provides information about the presence of metal ions in your own body and how it "copes" with ionic metals. These metals may be present in water, dust, paint, soil, etc. and can enter our bodies through the digestive and/or respiratory system or else can be absorbed through the skin. Ionic metals increase Free Radical production which can lead to longterm health issues if unaddressed. 

pH BALANCE TEST

This quick urine test will show your body's pH level .The body needs to maintain a balanced pH to prevent illness, so it is very important to avoid being too acidic or too alkaline. Paying attention to your body's pH level is an easy and efficient guide to your physical health.   

URINARY INDICANS TEST

A simple urine test which will indicate the level of overgrowth in the bowel of “bad” bacteria. Depending on the results of your test, I will be able to tell if unwanted bacterian are growing in your gut and whether they may be producing toxins that causes distress to your kidneys and liver.

ZINC TASTE TEST

A quick test will reveal the levels of zinc in your body and whether you should supplement with this important mineral. Zinc is the most important mineral for the immune system and vital for healthy hormones, skin, wound healing and repair, libido, and sense of taste and smell.
